This Privacy Policy explains how Alfie Ip (“I,” “me,” or “my”), a licensed Texas real estate agent (TREC #781256) with CGP Realty Group at eXp Realty LLC, collects and uses information when you visit this website or contact me. The principle is simple: I collect only what I need to respond to you, and I never sell your information.

When you submit the contact form or email me, I receive the details you choose to share - typically your name, email address, phone number, and your message. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects the information needed to confirm your appointment.
How I use it
I use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and follow up about your real estate goals. I do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box on the contact form, I may text you at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
