Information I collect

When you submit a contact form, request a guide, complete an optional questionnaire, or email me, I receive the details you choose to share. These may include your name, email address, phone number, real estate interests, timeline, location, household needs, and message. If you book a consultation, Cal.com collects the information needed to confirm your appointment.

If you use the seller inquiry form, I also receive the property address, your selling timeframe, and any notes you add.

How I use it

I use your information to deliver requested guides, respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and follow up about your real estate goals. If you separately choose optional email updates, I also use your email to send real-estate tips and Greater Houston market updates. Guide requests and personal follow-up do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Optional email updates

When you choose email updates, I record your choice, the disclosure version, server receipt time, language, guide, form source, and request identifier. Resend processes the subscription and unsubscribe preferences, and Web3Forms delivers the related inquiry and consent record to my mailbox. You may unsubscribe through the link in each marketing email. Previous opt-outs are preserved; requesting another guide does not automatically subscribe you again.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS consent box on the contact form, I may text you at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The seller inquiry form has no checkbox. Submitting that form, which shows CGP Realty Group's contact notice, means you agree to be contacted about your inquiry by email, and by phone or text at the number you provide.

How information is shared

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers that help operate this site and my practice, including eXp Realty LLC, Cal.com, Web3Forms, Resend, and PostHog, only as needed to provide the requested service, operate and improve the site, or comply with law and real estate regulation.

Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard request logs, and Vercel Analytics measures page usage. Form submissions are delivered by email to my CGP Realty Group mailbox.

Who answers your inquiry

Inquiries are answered by me, Alfie Ip, an agent with CGP Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty LLC.

Browser signals

This site does not currently change how it works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses analytics to understand how it is used. It records page views, clicks, how far you scroll, which sections you view, and when a form is started, abandoned or submitted. It also records session replays, which are recordings of how a page is used, with everything typed into form fields masked. Analytics requests are sent to PostHog through this site's own domain. Vercel Analytics also measures page views and form submissions. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser, in a cookie or in local storage, so that visits from the same browser can be linked. A session replay shows the page as it appeared on screen, including the text on it, but not what you typed into form fields. PostHog also receives your IP address and basic device and browser information, such as browser, operating system and screen size. Separately, when you switch this site between its two language versions it stores your choice in a cookie named alfieip_lang in your browser. You can block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Your choices

You may ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared at any time. To opt out of follow-up, simply reply and ask, or contact me using the details below.

Data retention

I retain enquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to meet record-keeping obligations under Texas real estate regulations, then dispose of it securely.

Real estate disclosures

Real estate brokerage relationships in Texas are governed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Please review the TREC Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) and Consumer Protection Notice linked in the footer of this site.
