- KatyKaty ISD. Highest test scores, strongest college placement. Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch.
- Sugar LandFort Bend ISD. Established neighborhoods, easiest TMC commute. First Colony, Telfair, Riverstone.
- TMC / SW HoustonInside the loop. For clinicians and families who want urban over suburban. Bellaire, West U, Meyerland.
- Waller / Hockley / TomballOuter NW. More land, lower entry, growing corridor. Best for acreage buyers and hold investors.
